What exactly is Barre? Barre incorporates yoga, ballet, Pilates, and strength training, to develop a total body workout. Barre is low impact, high-intensity movements, chosen to work specific muscles until fatigue. Barre uses light weights, Barre balls, and resistance bands, to provide an overall workout. If you want to build muscle tone, strength, and flexibility, then this class is for you! Barre classes are appropriate for all levels. Don't miss this opportunity for an all around workout hitting each muscle group, all choreographed to energizing music.
