Service Description

Chair yoga, a gentle form of yoga practiced while sitting on a chair and/or using a chair for support, can significantly improve your physical and mental well-being. This class is designed to help improve flexibility, strength, and balance, making it accessible for people of all abilities. Elevate your day with this practice by reducing stress, enhancing mood, building confidence, and promoting relaxation. Kristina is a licensed Occupational Therapist and 200hr CYT with 27 years of experience guiding people through mindful movements to enhance functional performance and mobility.
