Service Description

The LYT Method combines yoga, physical therapy and functional movement principles to promote wellness, balance, and harmony. The class involves 20 minutes of Core Reset, Stretching, & Strengthening, 10 min of cardio with light weights to warm up the body, followed by 30 minutes of Vinyasa Yoga. Be sure to bring water.
