Join us for a relaxing evening of Sound Bath & Savasana (holiday style). 🎄 👕 Ugly holiday sweaters and holiday PJ’s welcome (and encouraged!)! ☕️ Stay after for some hot tea and cocoa! 🎟️ Register online: $15 (included for members and class passes) 🧘🏼‍♀️ Immerse yourself in this deep relaxation practice where Kristina will guide you through a brief guided meditation practice, followed by a sound bath savasana where you will be draped in sounds from relaxing holiday music and crystal singing bowls. We'll be finding stillness as we absorb the light and energy from our community. Blocks, blankets, and bolsters available for you to use in the studio. Please bring any other comforting props you desire such as special blankets or pillows. Prepare to be on the cooler side temperature wise as you'll be in stillness for the duration of the session. Wear comfortable clothing.
