Yin+ Yoga integrates Yin Yoga and Sound Bath to deepen flexibility in both your body and mind. In this calming session, you'll begin with gentle guided meditation to center your mind and body. Then, immerse yourself in the deep, slow stretches of Yin Yoga, targeting the connective tissues and accessing the parasympathetic ("rest and digest") nervous system, promoting ultimate flexibility and relaxation. Class concludes with a surrender to a blissful Sound Bath Savasana, where harmonious sounds wash over you, fostering a profound sense of peace and rejuvenation. This class is perfect for all levels, and invites you to unwind, restore, and connect with your inner self. Come elevate the harmony of body, mind, and spirit!

Cancellation Policy
*Ages 15 and up *Ages 10-14 welcome with an attending adult *Sessions must be booked online at least 2 hours prior to the class begin time. Cancellations and rescheduling of classes are not allowed 2 hours or less before the class begin time. A "No Show" is a person who has booked class online, prior to the cut off time, and then does not show up to attend class. No-shows for single booked classes will not be refunded, class will be forfeited. No shows for class pass members and class monthly memberships will result in the forfeiting of that one class to your account. No shows for unlimited monthly memberships will result in a fee of $5 automatically charged to the payment method on file. *There is a 2 person minimum for classes to be held. Classes that do not meet the minimum requirement of 2 people signed up, will be canceled 2 hours prior to the class start time. For any class cancellations, clients will be notified via SMS and/or Email. Please check your texts and emails prior to traveling to the studio for class!
