Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath
Service Description
This deeply restorative practice begins with guided Yoga Nidra to facilitate systematic relaxation and nervous system regulation, followed by an extended sound bath Savasana. The transition into therapeutic sound allows the body to remain in a state of conscious rest while vibrational frequencies support parasympathetic activation, stress reduction, and integrative recovery. This practice is fully accessible, requires no movement, and is especially beneficial for individuals experiencing fatigue, chronic stress, or heightened nervous system arousal. No prior yoga experience necessary. Blocks, blankets, and bolsters are available for you to use at the studio. Please bring any other comforting props you desire such as special blankets or pillows. Prepare to be on the cooler side temperature wise as you'll be in stillness for the duration of the session. Wear comfortable clothing.

*Ages 15 and up *Ages 10-14 welcome with an attending adult *Sessions must be booked online at least 2 hours prior to the class begin time. Cancellations and rescheduling of classes are not allowed 2 hours or less before the class begin time. A "No Show" is a person who has booked class online, prior to the cut off time, and then does not show up to attend class. No-shows for single booked classes will not be refunded, class will be forfeited. No shows for class pass members and class monthly memberships will result in the forfeiting of that one class to your account. No shows for unlimited monthly memberships will result in a fee of $5 automatically charged to the payment method on file. *There is a 2 person minimum for classes to be held. Classes that do not meet the minimum requirement of 2 people signed up, will be canceled 2 hours prior to the class start time. For any class cancellations, clients will be notified via SMS and/or Email. Please check your texts and emails prior to traveling to the studio for class!
